A Korea-based manufacturer preparing for heightened listing scrutiny had control records scattered across spreadsheets and a partially adopted financial auditing app. Over one Narrative Atelier cohort plus a two-day App Configuration Clinic, the team migrated 140 process controls into consistent narratives, assigned backup owners, and produced sample packets for the twelve highest-risk areas.
Result after one testing cycle: walkthrough preparation time dropped from roughly five days per process to under two. Outstanding deficiency: automated interface controls still lacked reliable population extracts—the team documented the limitation explicitly rather than forcing incomplete evidence.
