Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Scalablewebappsnow training seats and team packages invoiced offline. The website itself does not process payments.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel within the windows below and meet the conditions listed. Employer-paid seats require the buying organization’s authorized contact to submit the request.

Timeframe

Live cohorts (including SOX Control Ledger Intensive): Full refund if we receive written cancellation at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Within 6 days of start, seats are non-refundable but may be transferred to a named colleague once.

Self-paced kits: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of modules have been accessed.

Multi-day workshops: Full refund 10 or more days before the workshop; 40% refund between 9 and 4 days; non-refundable thereafter except as noted under exceptions.

Partial refunds

If Scalablewebappsnow cancels a cohort or workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date at no charge. If we significantly shorten a program due to instructor illness and cannot provide a substitute of comparable experience, a pro-rata refund applies to undelivered sessions.

Non-refundable items

Custom App Configuration Clinics already delivered on-site or virtually; third-party venue fees specifically booked at your request; and seats redeemed for transfers are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@scalablewebappsnow.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payer via bank transfer within 15 business days after approval. We do not issue cash refunds. Currency matches the invoice currency unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation by participants

Missing live sessions without canceling does not create a refund right. Recordings, when offered, remain available for the stated window and do not extend refund eligibility.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill refunds or credits for documented medical emergencies or mandatory military obligations that prevent attendance, evaluated case by case. Statutory rights under Korean consumer law remain unaffected where they apply.
